Be Thankful

Be thankful for reality. Disease enters our bodies because of our resentment. The way to revive our ki is to show gratitude to ourselves.By doing this, our ki revives, we develop confidence, and experience joy.

How the Enlightened Live

That's why the future is important. We can choose how we will live and how we will die, and what we will be like after we die, too. You can choose how you will live, how you will die, and whether you will be cremated or buried in the ground after you pass on. Animals can't choose these things. It is truly a blessing to be born a human being.

What's important is how to finish things up with the body, how to make use of the body. My life and death are not predestined. My birth was fated, but I choose my own life and death. This, I think, is how the enlightened live.

Bud of Our Soul

In each of us rests the bud of our soul waiting to blossom. We warm our bodies with stretching and patting and we breath in cosmic energy, accumulating Ki-energy in our dahnjons. As the stagnant energy leaves us, our bodies become safe places once again formour souls to expand. Nourished by warmth, acceptance and love, our true-selves awaken, throwing off the cold blankets of our fear and self-doubt.

The process for managing your emotions

The process for managing your emotions is comprised of four simple - though not always easy - steps. First, you must start with awareness: you have to be able to recognize your emotions before you can learn to manage them effectively. 1) Watch your emotions. 2) Identify and acknowledge honestly the variety and existence of your emotions. 3) Identity the call-to-action messages contained in your emotions. 4)n Take the required action.
