Bud of Our Soul

In each of us rests the bud of our soul waiting to blossom. We warm our bodies with stretching and patting and we breath in cosmic energy, accumulating Ki-energy in our dahnjons. As the stagnant energy leaves us, our bodies become safe places once again formour souls to expand.
